OUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT

Springer Equipment Company's twenty full-time Service Department employees are committed to excellence in fulfilling the service requirements of our customers. Our goal is to continually "offer competitive products and services more valuable than can be found elsewhere in the market place".

• Factory trained technicians with an average of 23 years experience
  
• 9,000 square foot, fully equipped service facility
  
• 20 service bays
  
• Service on all makes and models of forklifts and associated equipment, including gas, LPG, and diesel engines, hydrostatic drives and electrics
  
• Minor repairs to complete refurbishments including factory paint, tires, lights and all OSHA required safety items
  
• 24/7 radio dispatched field service vans, fully equipped and GPS monitored for on-site PM service and repairs based on the manufacturer's guidelines.
  
• Full Service Agreements available for all equipment sold.
  
• Transportation fleet consisting of tilt hydraulic bed and roll-off trucks.
  
• Rental fleet of 3,000 to 15,000 lb capacity lift trucks available for daily, weekly, monthly or long term rentals.
